A French Renaissance Revival Solid Walnut Prie Dieu. This Prie Dieu is solid walnut and has elaborately carved curls and swirls. A carved wooden gothic cross and wreath of thorns resides in the center of the prie dieu. The prayer bench is upholstered in “blood red” velvet and stands upon turned legs. The finish is original.
