A French Louis XV Cherry Armoire With Oak Sides. The cornice of this armoire is camel backed and double Ogee. The bottom is fitted with two doors with double scalloped panels that are cut in 45º angles. The sides are fitted with solid oak panels and the interior has 3 shelves, one with two drawers. The cabinet stands on traditional Louis XV cabriole legs and the apron is scalloped. The entire armoire is constructed with wooden pegs. The finish and hardware are original.
